I was tasked to create a unique environment and also create a character to mix into that landscape. I ended up making Axel the Frog, a time-travelling ‘terminator-frog’, and a futuristic base, both in a cartoonish style.
This assignment allowed me to start learning character design and explore my creativity more as both an artist and game designer. I also had a lot of fun creating Axel; he was amazing to develop as a character and I would love to revisit him in the future (potentially for a game project).
